Build young minds. Shape the future.
Join a team coaching students across 25+ countries — using chess to help children think sharper, plan further, and grow with more confidence. From coaching and curriculum to content and operations, every role reaches a child somewhere.
We help children think
Every role here feeds one larger goal: helping students build focus, patience, confidence, and strategic thinking through chess — whether you're the one teaching, or the one making the teaching possible.
Who you'd be working with
A small, hands-on team where ideas move quickly and good work gets noticed. You'll work closely with coaching, content, marketing and operations to build a better learning experience every week.
The honest part
Coaching follows when students are free to learn — evenings and weekends included. It can be demanding, but watching a student actually improve makes it worth it. Non-teaching roles keep standard hours.
One role we never close: great chess coaches
Great coaching is more than a FIDE title. If you can teach, engage a child, and help them improve, we want to hear from you — every coach completes our identity and credential verification plus a reviewed trial class before their first student.
